ABOUT

Anneli Oppar (b. 1980) is a jewellery artist who lives and works in and around Tallinn, Estonia. She graduated from the Estonian Academy of Arts with a BA (2013) and MA (2019) department of Jewellery and Blacksmithing and has been working as a freelance artist since 2019. In her work, she has described the immeasurable with digital means, which is usually not inherent to these tools. In her master’s thesis, she described the immeasurable sense of time using a computational system. This was followed by a search for the amplification of thoughts in today’s world of digital tools. The ongoing project is working on finding solutions to consciously use the opportunities of technology to describe immeasurable phenomena.
